Hey there, I am a big fan of the all lean low carb diet. In fact, I could always workout hard and stay someone fit but could never truly get the body I desired until I became an adkins pupil. The problem? It is hard to not get board!

I dont really do a hard diet, mine is like 25% diet and 75% workout.
works fine for me. _________________ Rowing machine for better workout. Vibration plate helps to improve fitness. |
